Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Time Collection Hours Screen

This screen displays hours charged by Employees within the Org and all Orgs below that level.

Report Parameters

Field Description
End Date

Click to select the end date.

Org ID

Click to select the Org ID.

Organization Type Choose an organization type from the following options:
  • Home Org: Select this checkbox for the home org type.
  • Timesheet Org: Select this checkbox for the timesheet org type.
Details

Select the Combined checkbox to combine all levels of report information for viewing or printing.

Note: You must provide information for all enabled fields in order for the report to run as expected, else an error message displays.
Include Select the Subcontractors checkbox to include subcontractors in the report.

Subtask

After you select the Org ID and set other options, click Details to display additional information.

The following information is displayed in the Details subtask grid.

ID This column displays the Employee ID.
Name This column displays the Employee Name.
System Message This column displays the system message.
